Recipes - Salmon & Potato Croquettes
Ingredients:
44g tinned pink salmon
1 onion, grated
3 large potatoes
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
210g cheese biscuit crumbs
Cooking oil
Method:
Drain and flake salmon; cook and mash potatoes. Combine all ingredients except crumbs,
season to taste, and form mixture into croquettes; roll in biscuit crumbs to form coating.
Cook in frypan over medium heat until golden brown; drain carefully and surve with salad.
